      Pros

      Management is pretty laid back as long as you are selling the minimum number of accounts. Which changed a couple of times during my tenure there - about 3 mths.

      Cons

      Pay too low and goals unrealistic.

      Quarterly bonus'. Wonderful drivers to work for

      Cons

      Higher ups never been in the trash business and make decisions based on nothing which only make it harder for your workers. Really hard to stop their BS and protect your front line drivers
