      Pros

      Your management is great office personnel great co-workers great hours great everything about the place was great

      Cons

      It got sold to a corporate company named waste connections, the company then took on all of their BS like the AI in the truck which wasn't too big of a deal other than it takes 8 minutes of photo for every little thing you do so you're always wrong and they took on the corporate promises I fell for one of their promises and now I am unemployed

      Pros

      Best starting pay in the industry Great management Good training Excellent company culture Seriously, if you’re trying to get your start in the CDL industry, check out ACE Solid Waste. You couldn’t ask for better if you wanted to. This is your dream job. They have a Mom and Pop culture, but have the resources of a multi billion dollar corporation. You will not find a better company to work for
