      Senior management is extremely unprofessional. Managers will personally pin employees against each other for their amusement. Extreme favouritism in the work place Horrible hours A completely disrespectful working environment, full of harrassment that gets swept under the rug. Nothing gets kept confidential amongst management

      Best starting pay in the industry Great management Good training Excellent company culture Seriously, if you’re trying to get your start in the CDL industry, check out ACE Solid Waste. You couldn’t ask for better if you wanted to. This is your dream job. They have a Mom and Pop culture, but have the resources of a multi billion dollar corporation. You will not find a better company to work for
