Pros
- Very interesting work - Generous compensation/stock plan - Good employee cameraderie - Remote work for tech/admin roles - If you can get hired to be in senior leadership it's an amazing gig
Cons
- Very top-down, mid-level employees have little autonomy + promotion opportunity for their rank - Silos between teams - doesn't know if it's a tech company or a logistics company, each side loathes dealing with the other - Company values are not consistent, sometimes come secondary to commercial performance - Certain roles are very high-pressure / way overworked and not much being done to address it
