Great Environment, Great Management, Great Food, Great Place

I have no cons. This is a great establishment and they care for their employees.

Owners know every employee's name, even though they own several, much larger companies all across the country. The General Manager is the greatest person to work for - I will never find another boss as great as him. Staff is super friendly - family type atmosphere.

Not much room to grow, high turnover, owners do not know much about the restaurant industry.
