Pros

The rent discount was nice. I learned a lot in the time I was there.

Cons

There never seems to be budget for anything to support employees. The penny pinching is pretty obnoxious, especially when the company trumpets how successful it is.

My conscious has always been clear with this company, if any policy or decision didn't feel right upper management was quick to listen and adjust resulting in better results for our residents and less stress for employees. Lots of advancement opportunities and training from within.

Cons

High expectations to meet goals. Very limited flexibility with time/schedule.
