Pros

The coaches behind the scenes seem to care.

Cons

There’s been multiple transitions in leadership that have come and gone. The company seems to have an identity crisis which is why they keep throwing different people at the position to fix the decline. As of August 2025, the current leadership has destroyed what was once great. Ownership have no idea the amount of favoritism going on behind the scenes. Some of the best staff have been let go because they simply voiced their disagreement. Ideas are outright taken from the key players on the team and credit for those same ideas are taken in front of the team meetings. We were also told that the team don’t need long to eat, see their families or do anything other than close deals. The new way of selling is absolutely causing the company to go under. You can tell the owners don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes, the brand is ruined and you can feel it. People who put in the long days and nights were pushed aside for others with promotions. But those same people are so nice that they never complained. I feel awful for those that are still there. Deals are stolen from people, moral is down, and the person's in charge have no idea how to fix.

Pros

I come from a background working on high-performing teams. After I left my previous job and a company culture I adored, I was nervous I would never find that again in the remote working space. Man, am I grateful for WarriorBabe. I've only been on the team for 2.5 months and already this has become way more than a job for me... I've always been mission driven in my career, but now the mission has taken on so much more than just the impact I make on our clients. This team internally has so much to offer and has given me way more than I could ask for. The communication is clear and honest, the feedback is direct and the employees are downright genuine human beings who care about each other. I've loved my experience working at WarriorBabe and don't foresee that changing any time soon.

Cons

I gave this some serious thought as I really want to share my honest feedback about the company, but I don't see one. The company recently shifted all team members from I9 contractors to W-2 employees and it absolutely shows their care for creating a world-class working environment that takes care of it's people on and off the clock.
