10% discount all year round isn't encouraging at all to buy the jewellery, staff shouldn't have to wear make up every shift, no security to ensure staff safety, dress code is VERY strict considering its a jewellers competing to be the cheapest, when the big bosses from the north come down they are RUDE and speak to everyone like dirt. Nose hoops arent allowed when its a jewellery store? every day is the same the only time its interesting is the seasonal periods where there's an influx of Christmas shoppers
