Pros
-Partners are open to growth within the company, and offer flexibility when asking to help with things outside your job description to further your knowledge base -Great compensation package, covering medical for employees is a huge plus and extremely competitive hourly wages ensure your ability to navigate fairly easy (financially) if you're a single income household -Positive work environment among the partners, associates and legal assistants. Everyone respects one another, and are treated like a work family and stick together to find solutions or move the work load around if someone is overwhelmed
Cons
-The fast paced environment isn't for everybody, but typical in legal realm -Not aware of any additional job titles for growth recognition such as paralegal, as there seems to only be partners/associates and legal assistant titles -Not a hybrid or remote position, but partners are flexible if needing to work from home for approval in advance
