CEO makes emotional decisions and often makes those decisions in anger. If you are a hard worker plan on getting loaded with tasks until you feel extremely overwhelmed. If you are looking at the newly posted HR job know these things before you step in You are a an HR of one with very little in the way of support. Warrant has no idea what HR does. They prioritize Business Development over everything else and you will be expected to do things you have no idea what you are doing.
