      big initiatives and interesting projects. A lot of applications and consolidation opportunities. Good benefit and work life balance, plus entertainment industry

      Cons

      IT is not treated as critical as in other industry and mostly as an back office functions, which triggered the outsourcing initiatives

      Leadership direction, a lot of turn over, studios not speaking to one another.
