Very little stupid work. People are actually trying to get things to work here. Management is listening. The company is not big enough not to care about employees. No toxic culture. People are simple, straightforward, and easy to work with. Plenty of company paid trips.

Cons

If you want to chill, this is not a place for you.

Pros

One of the best things about being a link builder here is the product itself. Usually, outreach is a grind because you’re pitching something boring, but since Warmy deals with AI and email deliverability, people actually want to hear from us. It makes getting high-quality backlinks a lot smoother. The team is also super chill. I don’t feel like someone is breathing down my neck every five minutes; they trust me to manage my own pipeline and experiment with different outreach angles.

Cons

Honestly, I don’t have any major complaints. If I had to pick something, I’d just say it’s a fast-paced environment, so you have to be someone who can stay organized and keep up with high targets. But if you’re used to the SEO world, that’s pretty standard.
