      Pros

      Management is supportive, DNS especially really cares about the residents. Company will contribute 2% to 403B after one year and you are vested after 5. Wonderful sense of community among the independent, assisted-living and nursing home residents. It is a blessing to work at Warm Beach.

      Company just cannot afford to pay employees more :(

      Pros

      My boss is exceptional. Affirming, cheerful, and fun, yet professional. Employee longevity. The administrator is a great guy who looks out for us. Listens to us The pay is competitive. The location is sublime. The company's ethics are admirable. The whole campus is covered with a prayerful, peaceful aura. Not one death from Covid. A team spirit. Management listens to employees. Our residents are great people. I'm blessed to serve here.

      As a non-profit, you sometimes where a lot of hats.
