      The pay was very good

      Cons

      Manager was awful and acted like he was better than everyone. Processes of the company/ Columbus office were horrible. You are on an island. Ware Malcomb outsources all of their production so there is a need for constant eyes on drawings and meetings.

      Compensation is below industry standards. Career progression pathways lack transparency, making it difficult to set clear professional development goals. Additionally, navigating interpersonal dynamics within the team can at times be challenging.
