THE PEOPLE Staff are competent and timely. They value the culture and relationships built in the workplace. We tell a lot of jokes (all HR appropriate of course) and know (and care about) what is going on in each other's lives outside of the office. Management is experienced and kind. They recognize that their employees have value beyond spreadsheets. They constantly strive to mentor and have an open door policy to discuss anything with them. SOME OTHER PROs 1) The Culture - We value the individual and the team and have a bunch of fun together 2) The Collaboration - There is a wide range of experience company wide (450 employees) and every everyone is easily accessible and ready to help. 3) The Pay - It was a 40% raise when I started working here and I know that I'm not alone on that. 4) Opportunities - The company is growing and there is lots of room for advancement. 5) Stability - This is not a hire to just turn around and fire firm.
