      Pros

      Finish around lunch time Being a route driver/consistency Good managers at PW Good colleagues at PW Development to an extent Supportive team ie managers Approachable depot manager Well maintained fleet

      Cons

      Pay is no longer competitive 4am starts make job and knock less easy to achieve Rota has 2 weekends off in 7 More and more work load for same money Pay rises are not inline with increasing workload Handsets are garbage Multi drop 16-30 calls Cover/relief driving Late starts when bread hasn’t been delivered /allocated for shift start Overly strict accident procedures-losing a mirror plastic results in 1-2hr meeting with potential discipline Rush rush rush No thanks never again I could go on….

      Pros

      Warburtons are open and transparent in all they do. Warburtons respect and value all their employees. Pay and conditions are at a good standard. Health and safety is truly top of their priorities list for everyone no matter the cost. So far everyone i have spoke to and met have been very friendly and always ready to help out and this was right from the start during recruitment, other sites are so welcoming and want to help you settle in by the end of my 4th month I will have visited 5 different sites plus the site I am based at I have never seen such a colloborative approach in 30 years in manufacturing and training is really 2nd to none and I would definitely recommend a career with Warburtons.

      Cons

      At present I have not come across anything really obviously tiny things that can come up but nothing to write home about.
