We would be incredibly surprised if you're not finishing work until 3pm every day, this is extremely unusual and something that we would want to address urgently. You have listed it in your Pro's so maybe it's an error on the time, we do hope so?
In respect of the Cons, you've been here for a couple of years now, is there anyone at Wednesbury that you could possibly discuss your management issues with, if not your Team Leader, someone in HR - we'd hope that you would be able to resolve this quickly?
