This is a complete “lala company” with one of the worst work cultures anyone can experience. The boss thinks he is God and treats employees like servants instead of professionals. There are no salary increments for years, and they are always looking for excuses to deduct salaries.
Employees are forced to stay after office hours without any extra pay, and the boss constantly finds reasons to make people stay late unnecessarily. There is also clear favoritism and partiality between employees and teams, which creates a toxic and unfair environment.
Overall, it is a highly unprofessional workplace, and nobody should work here.
