Pros
Hands down the culture is the best part about working with Wanelo. We're a team that works to build Wanelo and each other; I rarely see negativity. I genuinely love being in the office and working with the team. Mindfulness and the work/life balance are also really important at Wanelo.
Constant personal development is also important to Wanelo, and I think that's rare and amazing.
Transparency and an all hands on deck mentality. Wanelo is extremely team and goal oriented, so we're constantly working on new projects and working with different people. You must be able to question everything, tear down your work, build it back up again, and have fun building the new processes.
Wanelo is a really small team that accomplishes so much in such a short time period. It's hectic, high stress / high-performance based, and super fun (if you're into that sort of thing).
Overall, Wanelo is awesome and we make a good team.
Cons
Previously, it felt like there was a disconnect between different teams and projects. However, we're now doing monthly meetings and generally just better connected, so this is no longer a concern.
