Pros
Great company to work for. These are good people that understand the business. There’s a lot of opportunity to grow and learn from knowledgeable people that care about your success. If there’s any certification you need to take to be able to go in the field to meet with a client, they will pay for it. The back-office staff are nice and will work with you if you ever need help. Paid Vacation, paid sick days, good benefits, fun incentivized trips, and have offices in Texas and the Rockies. They also have a popular name in the industry since the firm branched off a larger O&G Company out of Texas. Also I like that the CEO spends time throughout the week working with recruitment consultants and making sure they are happy.
Cons
Not an 8-5 job but I don’t look at that as a bad thing. The more you work the more you get out of it since their commission program is very nice compared to some of the companies I have worked with before.
