Pros
A company with a toxic management style that abuses its trainees by putting a great deal of pressure on them.
Firstly, the company lies about the job description, particularly in terms of the tasks involved.
The company has a recruitment policy that aims to take on a large number of people on a 3-month trial period and to dismiss them at the end of this period. The company has a far too high ratio of trainees within the company (far more than people on permanent contracts). They do this to save on some of the salary costs. Trainees are paid very little (around €750).
The name "trainee" actually conceals a situation in which superiors do not hesitate to put strong psychological pressure on trainees to sell. This is far from a situation where the trainee is there to learn. They are actually there to make money. If the company deems that the turnover generated by the trainee is insufficient, it does not hesitate, through its managers, to apply strong pressure and use toxic management to push the trainee/employee into a corner (insults, threats).
This company is to be avoided!
Cons
toxic management, bad company atmosphere, very high staff turnover, lies about assignments
