Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience and for your many years of dedication to Walser! We're happy to hear that you recommend Walser as a great place to work, approve of our senior leadership team, and have confidence in the business outlook. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that our efforts to create a supportive and forward-thinking workplace are resonating with our team members. We’re glad you found value in the four-day work week and the employee benefits we offer. At the same time, we understand that roles involving off-hour availability can be demanding, and we’re always looking for ways to better support our team in balancing work and personal life. Your feedback on compensation is appreciated. We continuously evaluate our pay structures to remain competitive, meet the demand of the business, and to ensure our team feels valued for their hard work. Thank you again for your kind words and recommendations. Your support and time spent at Walser mean a lot to us, and we wish you all the best in your new career journey! Sincerely, Lindsey Trett Walser's Director of Talent Acquisition

Pros

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Cons

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
