Pros

Walser, by far, has been the best company I've ever worked for. I have loved all of my managers and have worked with some pretty awesome people. They really believe in work/life balance, which helps keep stress down. Once you get into the company, there are a lot of opportunities to move up and grow.

Cons

Sometimes you have to work late, but that happens at many jobs. The company is always changing, so you need to be on your toes at all times. At the dealerships, the winters are not always fun since you are always out in the cold. At the corporate level, it's VERY quiet and hard to get to know and relate to some of your coworkers.

Pros

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Cons

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
