Great staff, casual but professional atmosphere. The company is willing to put money into their growing business.
Cons
I did not like my job, it wasn't a good fit for me. I learned a lot though

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We're sorry to hear that the role you served in wasn't the best fit, but we're glad to know it was a growing and educational experience. Please know we always welcome former employees to consider us again in the future for a new, more aligned role. We sincerely appreciate your service with the company.
My experience at Walser exceeded my expectations! I learned so much and felt cared for as an employee and person. There is room to grow at Walser and encouragement to find what your'e good at to meet what you love!
Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.
Cons
Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
