- Store manager was the worst boss I'd ever had. She was rude to customers faces, she would lie to employees, and customers, take off in the middle of the day because she was mad only to come back later and take it out on the staff, fight with her family in the break room or in front of the store, yell and humiliate sales associates in front of other staff, gossip about staff, and physically out her hands on staff while angry just to show a point.
- The discount was a joke
- The manger and key holders would switch around the associate sheet just to mess with associates and get them in trouble.
- Keyholders would purposely ride the clock at night, and lie about it the next day to management
- Pay wasn't worth what we had to go through on day-day basis
- Upper management was clueless to the demeaning ways of the store despite countless customer and employee complaints.
- The manger even fired half the staff after telling them they would stay on after the holidays (they were temps), she fired them by not putting them on the schedule and didn't show up the day they came to see.
