Carpenter - Journeyman Carpenter Wall Tech Employee Review

I like the direction Wall-tech is going with preconstruction and working on issues early. I love the summer work hours.

Communication needs to be improved between the office and the field. The changes on the jobsite doesn’t get to office fast enough. Advice: Keep promising faster construction times, but make sure you bring in the pm first before you overcommit. Bring back the employee parties and cookouts.

I was able to interact with several contractors to keep track of progress and change orders for Wall Tech that was my employer, as we had several departments to account for.

Could be very busy and stressful but it was fulfilling. I had a long commute to work each day from another city.
