Pros
While the role was described as flexible, in reality you are on call constantly, including evenings and weekends, with staff rotating weekends.
Cons
Wall Residences has become one of the most toxic workplaces I have ever experienced. Management in the Richmond region consistently brings staff down instead of building them up. The Regional Coordinator and QAC create an environment filled with micromanagement, favoritism, and unnecessary stress. Instead of focusing on supporting individuals and empowering providers, they focus on control and intimidation. Communication is poor, morale is constantly low, and staff are made to feel undervalued and replaceable. If you are looking for a supportive, professional, and healthy workplace, look elsewhere.
