Pros
To be honest, I genuinely cannot think of any. Probably the worst experience of my career!
Cons
It is more political than the Pentagon. Good old boys club, work you like a dog mentality, horrible culture. You won't get anywhere in this company unless you make friends with/suck up to the right people. Extremely cliquey, which also comes from the top, so no chance of this getting resolved any time soon. Year 1 hired like there was no tomorrow, and Year 2 laid off under the premises that the company was not profitable. Churn rates are very high, and customers complain they can't even get basic functionality to be deployed. You will need a degree in Finance and a PhD in maths to calculate your commission, and that's if they decide to release it to you, as many accounts keep moving strategically just before a contract gets signed. Some words that summarize the company in a nutshell: unorganised, unfriendly, unethical, unhealthy, political, bully, toxic, incompetent. Even if you are desperate for a job, don't bother.
