Pros

You meet new people, learn things all the time and highly active.

Cons

No breaks are allowed and forced to take your lunch within 30 minutes of your shift starting and/or working through your lunch. Customers have no empathy, only want instant gratification and have completely lost any sense how to speak to people since the pandemic. It has been very dangerous to work here as well as theft has been on the incline. Close open shifts with no regards to minimum hours between shifts. No regard to a work week schedule as the schedule starts on Thursdays; meaning you can be scheduled 6 days in a row. There is absolutely no work life balance. You are forced to work off the clock and are given false hope of any promotion to ESM (Not that it'sworth it anymore). It doesn't matter how much you have given your blood and soul here. Bullies, mean girl behavior and rascism is apparently acceptable in this company and is driving the moral down. There is no employee engagement at this company what so ever as well. Also, no meals are provided occasionally like some companies would. Not even holidays. Break room is a table and 2 chairs, moldy refrigerator, counter and sink for your 20 plus employees at any given location. There is mold and leaks everywhere. Bathrooms are consistently down (causing bladder problems for employees) and customers are always doing drugs in the bathroom causing everyone to inhale mj and meth. Police no longer come for anything even for someone going through an injury or psychosis. All of this and there is more- they took away the majority of front end yearly raises by lowering it to 1% where as the RX staff kept theirs the same. The inequalities are unimaginable between 2 sides of each location yet still same company. The front end is a physically damaging job and to get 1 percent if that if you are capped is ridiculous.

Pros

I love my team so much and we have some regular patients that are amazing.

Cons

Well I'm supposed to be full time but the last few weeks in feeling barely 30 hours a week. We have staff and no hours, customers are hateful. We're exhausted.
