Pros
Happened to work with some great individuals, 25% discount on Walgreens owned brands, 15% on everything else, free Prescription savings club for employees. A lot of people below the corporate level seemed like actual humans.
Cons
Basically every single cliche of the corporate world applies to walgreens - ridiculous initiatives mandated from corporate, terrible benefits and raises, and eventually someone is going to get seriously hurt if they keep pushing their pharmacists and technicians the way they are. Hours are constantly being cut and there are little to no resources for training or attracting new employees.
