Pros
They do provide an excellent benefit package and fair compensation
Cons
They keep cutting tech hours siting the economy as a reason but then complain when they get complaints about customer service. They have more phone lines that can ring than people who can answer them--another reason for complaints. This makes a busy store extremely stressful for those who work there and for their customers.
