      The health and profit sharing benefits are great.

      Cons

      Currently, the restructuring of the employee positions (layoffs) is scary. However, relative to the rest of the industry, and moreover the economy, the number of layoffs has been relatively low.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
