Pros
The pros of this companies are your associates on a longitudinal level. The lowest paid workers are the backbone and success of this company. They are not compensated for their good work. There are superiors such as select store managers that are good-natured and good-hearted. The lower level employee is what makes this company its best.
Cons
I've been with this company for three years and they keep cutting back on staff/technicians as well as pharmacist coverage. This is an attempt to cut back and become more like CVS. Obviously this company aims to not take care of patients and ultimately have pharmacists transfer out to competitors because they don't have time to deliver a standard of care. Not to mention, Walgreens pays $15,000 less for pharmacists. Compare to competitors, they also operate at 1/2 as much tech and pharmacist coverage. This company does not provide the tools for pharmacists to succeed and your superiors are not even pharmacists. So, you aren't even able to communicate and have your needs. There is not follow through.
