      Pay well if you don't mind the workload Very good retirement plan

      Does not usually have best interest for workers Very heavy workload Sometimes power struggles between pharmacy and store managers effecting the way pharmacy is practiced.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
