Pros
There are a lot of great people here! Everyone is friendly and willing to help out. There is a lot of opportunity to learn new things. It is really encouraging to see management adjust to some of the challenges of the past to make Wakefly better. I feel that my voice is heard. I feel communication is open and 2 way. I feel I can rely on my friends or boss for advice. There is a strong support network for career/personal growth. There are many groups of friends that hang out outside of work too. I feel really positive these days. Very excited to see the growth and direction on the marketing side.
Cons
As some of the reviews say, there have been issues in the past. The biggest problem I see at this point are a few people that won't let the past go. This makes it difficult for the rest of us to move on and can get very frustrating.
