Assistant - Anonymous employee Waitrose Employee Review

1 As a idea waitrose sounds good as a partnership where everyone has a part in the company, but just like communism in real life it never works. The managers which make up most the staff are lazy I responsible bullies who use there stance to push all there work on the non managers and blame them for there own mistakes. If you are respectful then you will be abused and used at waitrose. 2 if you even think about sick leave you are going to be threatened with a disciplinary or the sack even if your dying they will threaten you to come in. 3 incompetent managers and 0 organisation. 4 workers rights don't exist here mate. It's a joke dont work here for your own good.
