Lack of opportunities for carrier growth and development , no appreciation or recognition, false commitments by even MD and Plant head iqbal, Poor managment ,Feeling over-stressed due to workload,broke commitments each and every minute ,no goals , no value ,atlast i will say this is the worst company i have seen in 15 years career i would suggest you not to join i worked for 4 months and left .
