      Pros

      Honestly, there’s very little to praise. The only “good” thing is that the experience eventually ended.

      Cons

      Where do I even start? Poor communication, zero professionalism, and a complete lack of accountability. Things were disorganised from the beginning, expectations were unclear, and follow-ups were either extremely slow or completely ignored. It felt like no one was actually in charge, and customers were left to figure things out on their own. Overall, it was frustrating, time-wasting, and disappointing.

      Pros

      Never try to change anything, don’t question anything, just blend in and age gracefully with the system. Ideas are welcomed the same way museums “welcome” new exhibits admired, then never touched. Management talks change, but only within the limits of 1970s thinking.

      Cons

      Looks premium from outside but inside feels like a company stuck on “legacy mode” with no reset button. Talented people come in motivated, then slowly learn the real KPI. Competitors move forward. This place moves in circles — just with better packaging. Pay 100 expect ads respond and conversion rate be like 100k....

      Friendly colleagues and supportive supervisors in certain departments, with opportunities for career growth and self-improvement. Is a good place to gain knowledge and experience. Can learn a lot about the jewellery business and internal processes.
