Pros
Great money! Definitely one of the best jobs a college student could have while in school. Flexible hours, and understanding team. Free lunch, and often times the CEO will pay for dinner at events.
Cons
Very biased. It's obvious that people are treated differently, based on gender, race, and looks (and NOT skillset). For example, if a guy and a "pretty" girl come late into work. The guy gets written up, and the girl gets a slapped not the wrist. There tends to be a racial preference as well considering it is a Japanese Restaurant.
Training is also very in-systematic. New employees go through training at different rates and speeds; however not as a result of skill or experience. This greatly affects the pay.
Since the business runs low on staff, people can get away with stuff by threatening to quit.
