Pros
- Coworkers are great - Decent salary and flexible hours - Nice location - Clients are generally nice - Relatively easy to get time off
Cons
- Bad management; demeaning, micro-managing, lack of communication, petty - Can be stressful on bad days - Any tips from clients do not go to you (except holiday bonuses from clients) - No real breaks; you get ~15 minutes to eat lunch then back on the job - Walks can be hard in extreme heat/cold - Does not require employees or clients to get the COVID vaccine
