Pros
-Employees are cool with each other for the most part. Most employees keep to themselves. -Overtime is never questioned as long as you get the work done.
Cons
-Difficult to schedule PTO as not enough coverage but depends on the department you work in as well. -Lots of extra side work added without additional pay. -Difficult to gain a pay raise even when going above and beyond your job requirements.
