      workforce from lower management down are all great to work with & very knowledgable about the work

      upper manangement changed to often and ruined the place with different ideas all the time

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
