      Good sector: company drives Innovation in sustainable rail through decarbonisation and safety Sector is a recipient of sizeable government infrastructure spend which will benefit the company

      Cons

      Has historically under-invested in integration of the multiple acquisitions it has made over time. Still working through the one-Wabtec branding across the globe

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
