      Cons

      Worst ever company. The work culture and quality of work are totally pathetic. No work-life balance. Late night work and weekend work. Onsite treat offshore like slaves. The quality of work is very poor. The company is mostly hiring contractors. They will give a good salary to new joiners, but after 1 year that person will not get any job in the market. Loyal employees are given pathetic salaries. Avoid this company

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
