Managers are great-they support you at the times. you can take leaves when you want Projects are Average-you get to learn on your own Flexible work timings
Cons
No infrastructure-Ambiance-it does not look like a software company Work pressure - there are chances of working overnight Policies-are not employee friendly its employer friendly only work no fun- you dont get a chance to celebrate anything Pay is very less-Incentives are also not good Management is very much into cost cutting
