Pros
Free meals every shift, and the food is decent
Cons
Management and leads don't care about you, will work you to your core, do not forgive mistakes you make. They say everything is fine and you'll learn, but secretly hold grudges. Always understaffed. Micromanaged constantly by leads/managers, who are sometimes your only coworkers during a shift. They overhire and let everyone go except for one or two people who they promote to lead then manager so they're locked in forever. Company then continues to expand to new locations rapidly. You'll never be able to get a shift covered if you're sick; they want you to come in anyway. Waba is like a plague and the dirtiest form of capitalism. They even keep all the tips that the cashiers make! You can eat a decent meal during your 10 minute timed break that they track using a timer that beeps when your 10 minutes are up. Avoid unless you enjoy being exploited and never having fun on the job.
