Pros
We are loyal to community, clients and colleagues. We place high value on simply being nice and presuming good will when serving colleagues and clients. We have the culture of a small community bank, but the strength of a big bank. We are one of the strongest financial institutions in America. We have a great 401K retirement. Good benefits. We have nice employees. We have a CEO and Executive Management Committee who are disciplined, genuine and believe in and live by our corporate values.
Cons
Most of the cons center around antiquated technology. Over the next several months we will implement a new core system that will allow us to be more effective in our processes.
