Pros

Hours are great. No weekends. You get vacation and sick time, medical benefits. The longer you stay the more the benefit increase. The company pays for certain beverages and snacks for its employees. The company has great core values and they follow them. I don't have to push hard sales or products onto my customers which makes everyone happy. The bank has not laid off a single person since the opened, so I know my job is secure. Great retirement plan as long as you intend to stay long term. Great way to start a banking career.

Cons

They are a very conservative bank. It is good in some ways but not in others. For instance extremely low wages/salary. Training is lacking but starting to improve, but still has a long ways to go. No room for growth. There is no 'ladder' to climb. Everything is considered a 'side step'. This is a job for someone who doesn't need to make a serious living, someone who wants to retire or needs a little extra money, or who wants to start a banking career.

Pros

Primarily remote work. Decent PTO after the 4th year.

Cons

Limited staffing and limiting overtime opportunities until the bitter end of potentially missing deadlines, which you are guilted into working. 2% "raise" every January and ZERO merit raises. Gutted profit sharing and profitability bonuses over time. Most recent bonus, which is tied to net profit after dividends, was given a result when the scale was never published. All previous bonuses had a floor-to-ceiling profit scale that showed the targets months in advance of the end of the bonus period.
