Pros

It is a startup so growth opportunities are endless. Employee mentor ratio at that time was 1:1. I had the best mentor in whole company who was very hardworking and dedicated. Working under him gave me opportunity to push myself for better and at the same time I was very independent to do the work on my own. Other employees were equally encouraging, the comfort level is great. The best thing was the casual work environment which allowed everyone room for their independent ideas to be heard and immediately applied. The best employee being rewarded monetary benefit to get extra boost in their energy.

Cons

There was small work group so it did not had shift timings and mostly I ended up working from home as well. It was difficult for me as I could not give time for myself well. Now I don't know if they have the shifts. Too flexible timings also give difficulties at maintaining person professional balance. Overall this was a complete learning experience in a positive way.

Pros

* No Politics/Drama. Open workspace and open-minded people * Helpful and supportive team to try any technology/approach. Team/Product leads are honestly best people, open to any feedback, changes * Mid-stage startup, you get to learn a LOT of things in a short period. Basically career growth is O(logN). * Work-life balance is pretty good, granted WFH occasionally. * Team understands the work and appreciate the effort put in (Not every time). * Positive environment and people can make/take jokes. * B2B product can be closely observed and gain knowledge about the industry. * Wouldn't mind spending bucks for the betterment of employees, be it Productivity Tool, sponsored conference PS: Most points are written here considering the Tech team in mind, not entirely sure about all teams in org.

Cons

* Sometimes bug fixes for legacy support might be frustrating. * It's up to the individual to perform during hike season to negotiate pay. (You don't demand, you won't get better pay) * Not a CON: B2B startup and code complexity deviates due to tons of client-based customization. Management wants "just one more thing" to be handled
