Really cool company to work to - Software Engineer WTECH Search Employee Review

I have worked in various industries throughout my career and have had different Managers/Directors/ Co-workers, etc. WTECH is by far the best company I have ever worked for. The owner of the firm really cares about the employees and will do anything to ensure that we work in a positive and thriving environment. If there is something that needs to be fixed, all you have to do is ask and it will get resolved. Work/life balance is outstanding. You are given a lot of freedom and there is no micromanaging. This creates a fantastic work environment. You can ask as many questions as you have and you'll always get an answer. Every day you come in, it makes you want to work harder.

Stable firm with good reputation which speaks volumes in this industry. Owner is hands on, sometimes a little too much, but a good guy nonetheless. Strong culture. Surprisingly nice office space in a very regular building. Competitive compensation with the usual benefits. Big upside potential for top producers

Too small - firm has potential and should hire faster, quicker, better. Overall structure is pretty flat, so not a lot of room for career growth. Not a huge fan on Manhattan; owner should allow more remote work (WFH).
